I wish to acquire an artwork, how to do ?

If you wish to acquire a work, two solutions are available to you:

1) You can ask for a quote on each artwork page, by indicating your e-mail, a name and your postal address. We will indicate you under 24-48h  the price of the work as well as several quotes for the delivery service. 


2) You can create an account, which will give you access to the prices and give you the possibility to pay directly online. Shipping costs are available during the checkout process (except for very large works that require a shipping quote).

Where do you ship to?

For those wishing to acquire a treasured artwork, our delivery service offers a secure and expeditious solution. Localized in France, we have set shipping prices for the following destinations : France, Monaco, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Ireland, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Canada, United States, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, India, Israel, Argentina, Brazil, South Africa, China. But if your country does not appear in the list, we can still make a quote. Please contact us if this is the case.

Each package is tracked via a unique identifier which is communicated to the customer via email or SMS. 

Do you provide payment plans ?

Yes, we want to make art accessible to everyone. That's why we offer a payment plan, which allows you to spread the cost of artworks over a period of 3 to 6 months.

The process is simple, all you have to do is :

  • send an email with the title of the painting you would like to purchase,
  • send your contact information (name, email and phone number),
  • provide the time period you need to pay the artwork over (3 to 6 months)

We will arrange a 25% deposit payment by credit card online. Once the deposit is payed, the artwork will be removed from our website and any other platform. You will then be able to pay the balance in installments, without any extra fees or interest added.

We want to make sure that art is accessible to everyone, no matter their financial circumstances. We strive to make buying art a simple and stress-free process. So whether you are an experienced collector or just starting out, you can find the perfect piece for you and pay for it in a way that is comfortable for you.

How long is the shipping ?

Preparation : Once you have made the payment, we will prepare your order. The preparation of the package can take between 2 and 10 days. Artwork larger than 80-60 cm requires a custom box, which may take a few days to prepare the package. We want to be 100% sure that the artwork will not be damaged during the shipping, so we take this step very seriously. 

Shipping : Artworks purchased in France Metropolitan can be expected to arrive within a period of 5 days, while European destinations require an additional 2 to 5 days. For overseas locations, it can take in excess of 2 weeks. 

Is payment and delivery safe ?

Yes, our website is entirely secured and we use the highest security standards available in E-commerce. All of your information is private and encrypted; we use the same HTTPs protocol and SLL technology as well-known e-commerce platforms.

We are committed to providing a safe and secure online payment experience for all our customers. Your credit card and bank transfer details are never stored on our servers, but instead are held in a secure environment. We have strict data protection and security measures in place to ensure that your personal information is protected at all times.

If you ever have any doubt before placing an order, we are more than happy to discuss it with you.  We want to make sure that you feel safe and secure before buying.

We ship worldwide via trusted delivery services. For purchases exceeding the value of 500€, we add en extra insurance for added security. For high value or sensitive artworks, over 1500€, we offer the possibility to choose a delivery service provider specialized in secure shipments.

Given the value of the artworks, it is specified that the packages be delivered to the recipients by hand only.
 

How are my items shipped? 

We understand the delicate nature of artworks, and thus ensure that all orders are correctly packed and provided with the necessary protection for its safe delivery. In order to avoid possible theft attempts, the packaging does not bear any logo or inscription suggesting that it is a valuable object. We do our best to use recycled cardboards or upcycled woods to protect your artwork, but we might use plastic protective materials if necessary. 

For international orders, you are responsible for any additional customs charges that may incur. We advise customers to check their home country's government website for any such information, or alternatively consult with us for further clarification.

Given the value of the artworks, it is specified that the packages be delivered to the recipients by hand only.

 

How to hang my artwork ?

For many years, our paintings have been suspended with a strong, long-lasting, home-crafted and straightforward hanging system. The weight of the wooden panels can be fairly weighty, therefore the utilization of a metallic dowel and screw is emphatically suggested. The magnitude of the screw is contingent on the mass of the work. This can ensure the paintings remain securely hung for a considerable length of time.

 

I have a problem with my delivery ?

Please contact us directly as soon as you have a doubt. We track each order and we will help you to know what's happening. For priced artworks, we also add an insurance to prevent theft, lost or damages. If the cardboard is very damaged, it is important to report this to the deliverer and to record the damage, taking photographs. Opening the package and checking that there is no damage is part of the deliveryman's job. Anyway, keep the artwork with you and contact us. We will find a solution together. 

What is your return or exchange policy?

You have 14 days to return for free, and 16 days more to return but you will have to pay for the postage and insurance. 

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days to change your mind. Please contact us and we will send you a return form. The return is free of charge, no question ask. As soon as we receive the package, you will get your money back. Bank transferts take 2 or 3 days depending on your bank.

After 14 days, you can still change your mind for 16 days more. But you will have to pay the return postage. We will ask for photos of the artwork and the package before you send it back. You are responsible for the package until we receive it back. 

Do you deliver by point relay ?

Yes we do, via Mondial Relay. Please contact us before your purchase, with your name and the address of your pickup of your choice. We will setup a special payment process for you.

The service is limited to the following country : Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain

You will be able to pickup your package in your local pickup within a few days. The package is  tracked with an unique ID and you will be notified as soon as your artwork is received.

 

Can I pickup the artwork myself ?

Yes, we will be happy to meet you. Most of the artworks are safely stocked in our locals. You can choose a pickup workshop during the checkout process.

  • Artist workshop : Armeau, 1 h 45 from Paris via A6 or train
  • Les Ateliers de la Cléry : Courtenay, 1 h 20 from Paris via A6 or train

 

Are all artworks unique?

Yes it is. Each piece is delivered with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist and with the mention 1 / 1. You are the owner of the work but the artist keeps his rights on the work for reproduction and printing. But no artwork will ever be duplicated. 

Are the colors and preview size faithful ? 

We do our best to calibrate photography to be faithful, but we don't master the rendering on your screen. Try to watch the artwork on different screens. Apple products are well calibrate and will render the best. If any doubts, we can have a call conference and we will show you the painting on every side.

Most of the scene are made using a photomontage technic. We did our best to scale the painting according to the other elements of the room, but it's not 100% accurate. If you have any concerns regarding an artwork dimensions, please refers to the dimensions indicate on the artwork page. 

 

Can I commission a painting?

Yes, of course. Please visit this page for commissions purposes.

Can I rent or borrow your art, for personal project, photo-shooting or stage decoration ?

Yes, please contact us and tell us you project. You will be charged depending on the artwork(s) you need. We will add a special insurance since some artwork have been damaged in previous experiences. 

How to take care of an artwork ?

The artist's works are executed with meticulous care and attention to detail, utilizing an undercoat to guard against any potential paint cracking over the course of time. Each piece is then thoroughly shielded with a professional-grade protective varnish, ensuring that the artwork is able to endure for generations to come.

Exposure : To maximize longevity, it is imperative to ensure that the painting is not exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods of time; such exposure can cause the colors to fade or otherwise degrade.

Avoid humidity : In order to maintain artwork and extend its life, proper care and cleaning methods must be employed. Firstly, it is important to ensure that the room in which the artwork is displayed is adequately ventilated, as this will reduce the risk of condensation.

Cleaning : When it comes to dusting, it is best to use a soft duster to remove any debris from the surface of the artwork. If possible, the painting should be removed from the wall in order to facilitate a more thorough cleaning. However, it is important to note that water or any other cleaning products should never be used to clean an artwork, as they may cause irreparable damage to the artwork.
